We reconfigured the front door by bumping out the house. The rear screen porch was completely rebuilt and the screen were supplied by Atlantic aluminum products. The house was insulated with open cell spray foam. All new United windows and doors. All new ductless hvac system was installed throughout the home. The master area was bumped out and a new master bath was added. Totaling 4 baths total all with new ceramic tile showers, walls and floors. The existing beams were preserved and nickel gap boards were added to all the ceilings on the 2^nd and 3^rd floors. The project was completed in January 2023
